One of the comments to that article Rae posted

"....Tmz obtained copy of Prince, Paris and blanket birth certificates. Prince name is listed as Michael Joeseph Jackson,Jr ( not prince). Blankets name is listed Prince Michael Jackson,II. If blanket is the II, who is the I. If this is Michael 1st born son, he probaly named him Prince Michael and the Mother named him Malachi jet, so he it would not draw so much attn. to him. But if you think about it Those birth certificate was not to be release to the public, MJ would have been pissed if something like that happen while he was alive. which leads me to believe That the names on the bc also hints at another Prince Michael other than Michael's 7 year old son(blanket) and the official Prince( who legal name is Michael Joseph Jackson,JR)."

Hmm, but no information about a DNA test so far.

I am so sick of this kind of stuff...when will it stop.  Is there any other family on the planet that has to deal with so much stupidity.  I'm sooooooooo glad I have MJ's music to listen to. What I wouldn't give to be able to just sit down and talk to him and let him see that normal people can exist in his life.

@MJJ...when you have a mega star like Michael, they are going to pick this poor man and his family apart until there's nothing left...he was human and imperfect and no one seems to want to acknowledge that (haters & lovers alike).  What's sad is we live in a world where you can only be accepted in certain ways...you have to hide your true self or play a roll...if this is his son, he's a casualty of war (war of the world we live in)...cause both of them missed out big time on not knowing each other...and all because they have to have some "perfect" portrayal of what Michael should be!...He can't be Gay!....He can't be addicted to drugs!... He can't ever get angry & curse!...the list goes on and on.....on one side people, put this poor man up on a pedestal and on the other side they are trying to knock him off!

....My heart hurts for Michael....he had to be "acting" all the time!

....you have the right idea....just enjoy the music and let the man be!...I'm sure he has enough to deal with.

@bramble....unfortunately, it seems as if there was no one there to tell Michael it's OK to be himself in public. If your not a virgin anymore, so what, it's a part of life, hell, it's the reason we have life.  If you drink, who cares, just don't over do it.  If you have a drug problem, get help. Nobody's perfect.  I could not imagine the pressure he was constantly under.  And as usual bram, if he makes his way to GA, we can show him what true friendship is all about....especially meheart.  Yep, still tryin' boo boogrin
Call me MJ....lol. I'm serious about my screen name....

You said a mouthful with that statement.

remember whan he had tears in his eyes when he was talknig about children not wanting to eat at the same table as they're parents?..in the bashir documentary..and when Michael said how Joe beat them..i was in shock..
i weept with him, knowing that this happens in , besides my familly, in other hundreds of famillies, or maybe millions. (everytime i wish , i miss to have a familly dinner or christmas comes, and i see that is no intention to have a dinner like in other famillies, all together at one table, i go to the bathroom and cry myself to sleep). it is horibble that this is happening in the world. but nobody stays to listen the message that this person (Michael Jackson) gives, because they are the one that judge him, they don't listen, they only judge, and it is not good. it's no fair.
my heart weeps for Michael.
the boy that is in the picture stronglly resembles Michael at the age of 5/6...

my only opinion..

much love heart

You know what, I think that boy is Tito's grandson. I saw a sneak peak of the jackson show on ET (I think it was that program not sure though) they were on a fishing boat, and that boy seems familiar which could explain the resemblance.

@su.....well, I'm going to toss this out there and I'm sure I'm gonna get smacked back for it....but if that boy is his son and he knew it and couldn't have any type of relationship with him....it could explain the sadness we always saw in Michaels eyes (well, part of it anyway)...and if he's not his son, this boy's mother shouldn't have been filling this boy's head with lies that are only going to crush him in the end....either way....not a happy ending.crying

...but the resemblance to Tito is strong....T has some "killer genes"....you look at the rest of the brothers kids and they are all "blended"....but Tito's genes carried strong for some reason....

there's a site with more family pictures...they're kinda small, but you can see the kids and the resemblances...

its called Jackson source....www.jxn-source.com/

@Bree, no I dont think it was MJ's son, I truly think he's Tito's grandson...talking about his genes, you can say that again!!.... I'll try to see if I can find that footage I was refering to above on youtube.

As for the sadness in MJ's eyes, that I'm sure was accumlated over time due to the battering, backstabbing...etc, he received from the world (and mostly from people he considered friends) over and over again...it was non-stop. I think thats why he looked devastated and so sad...my heart really goes out to him. He didnt deserve to be treated that way, but what can we say?? Thank God for sites like this, where he could really get to see how much people love and adore him, I truly hope he visits here and sees that for himself and gets to realize how much we love him  heart

OMG, could he be sweeter than that? Did you see how he stiked on that beautiful little boy?
About the sadness, Su, you were right. If there is something I share with Michael that is the love for people. And when they deceive me or they reject me after they used me, I die inside little by little. Thanks God I can forgive very easy and I even forget and I start over and over again, coz I'm adicted to people generally speaking.

Joe Jackson Guns For Branca, McClain

Michael Jackson never signed his will and the named executors have committed fraud, according to legal papers just filed by Joe Jackson.

As we first posted on TMZ ... there was a clerical mistake in the will. The document indicates Jackson signed the will in L.A., yet he was in NYC on the day in question. We're told the will was in fact signed in New York and the witnesses saw Michael put pen to paper.

Joe doesn't think it was a clerical mistake -- he thinks his son never signed the will. Joe Jackson claims John Branca and John McClain should be booted as administrators because they concealed what Joe calls a "fraud."

Joe Jackson -- through his lawyer, Brian Oxman, claims Jackson fired Branca in 2003 and believed the attorney embezzled MJ's money. Joe claims an "investigation" showed an improper relationship between Branca and Tommy Mottola and the two were "illegally funneling Michael Jackson's money to off-shore accounts in the Caribbean."

Oxman attached a copy of the "investigation" -- conducted by a company called Interfor -- which says "Some sources in the entertainment industry think highly of Branca. However, other sources suggest that he has built his career on the strength of his clients to a point where are (sic) rumors of irregularities involved in accounting fees."

The report goes on to suggest Branca contacted the Justice Department after he was fired and allegedly dropped a dime on Jackson, suggesting MJ's new lawyer -- Alvin Malnik -- was utilizing "Jackson's financial resources and cash business to facilitate Malnik's comprehensive money laundering activities."

As we've already reported, Jackson re-hired Branca before the singer died.

UPDATE: Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for Branca and McClain, tells TMZ: "These claims filed by Joe Jackson are so outrageous that they don't deserve any response. John Branca and John McClain, who were designated by Michael Jackson in his will as executors of his estate, will continue carrying out Michael's wishes for the benefit of his mother, his children and charities."
